GBIS
The Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS) is a government energy efficiency scheme, designed to deliver insulation improvements to the wider public. It is aimed at the least energy-efficient homes in Great Britain. Unlike ECO4, it is available to everyone regardless of income, providing the EPC rating of the property is D or lower.
